Mô tả công việc
- Mission Statement:
Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Main Accountabilities:
* Marketing
• Collect and update market intelligence (business potentials within current segmentation, competition, price levels) by close cooperation with Front End Sales as well as other Sales Organizations (including, but not limit to PS/PA) of ABB affiliates in assigned markets
• Together with World Class Front End to conduct marketing activities such as customer seminars, road shows, conferences…
• Communicate the value proposition of the offer to World Class Front End and the end customer
• Assure updated and correct marketing / product information to World Class Front End Sales and end-customers.
• Create won-lost analysis by track and monitor quotations (e.g. projects lists, volume of offers, provide feed-back of offers)
• Feedback on portfolio gaps and future customer needs to support R&D processes
* Sales
• Together with World Class Front End and Engineering as well as other related functions at the factory to develop most suitable solution for simple and small tenders in both technical and commercial matters to satisfy customer needs.
• Work under supervision from Senior Area Sales Manager or Sales Manager for big and complex tenders.
• Together with World Class Front End to convince the customer and close the deal - ensure customer satisfaction throughout the complete sales process
• Register accurate input in risk review database (applicable for system sales only)
• Track and monitor quotations
* After Sales
• Closely cooperate with Project Manager to assist in communication, negotiation with other ABB affiliates’ Sales organizations and customers when required.
• Actively involve with Project Manager to meet with customers, other ABB affiliates personnel during FAT witness to get better understanding, information of customer needs, market development to find out future opportunities.
• Contribute to after sales for the products.

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Education: Education – University degree, major in Engineering..
* Experience: Experience in industrial sales and/or marketing experience in international companies is an advantage.
* Knowledge & Skills:
• Good team work behavior
• Good communicate skills
• Able to present technical and product specifications information to a variety of audiences in a variety of ways (eg. formal/informal tendering, sales presentations etc.)
• Customer and result-oriented
• Good knowledge in technical and/or commercial subjects
• Dynamic. Hard working. Able to work under pressure
• Punctual and professional working behavior.
• Open to travel and working in a difference time frame from Vietnam normal working time to adapt with difference time zones
• Strong ethic, compliance understanding and perception.
• Strong command of English
• Knowing French, Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.
• Understanding market and business culture of assigned countries/regions
• Manage multi tasks in parallel.
