Engineering Manager

Lead Engineering team and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members.
– Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff, propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
– Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed by Engineering team.
– Lead in VA/VE, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
– Monitor, train and supervise Engineering team members.
– Identify opportunities for new projects, manage ECN and improve processes.
– Communicate and collaborate with other managers, customers, suppliers, and contractors to reduce defect and improve quality.
– Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations.

At least 10-year experience in Engineering.
– At least 2-year experience in manager level.
– Good knowledge on PPAP, FMEA, APQP & Control Plan.
– Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Design, Electrical or related field.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Good command in English.
– Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.
– Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
– Project control & project management skills.
– Good computer skills (MS Offices, Solidworks, Catia, AutoCad, CAD/ CAM).
