Engineering Manager/ Assistant Manager

- Tổ chức quản lý, điều hành hoạt động phòng kỹ thuật
(Manage and control engineering’s operations).
- Tiếp nhận và triển khai trình trạng sử dụng khuôn, bản vẽ, thiết kế, tình trạng kỹ thuật của sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn khách hàng.
(Receive, implement and track mold’s using condition, design, drawings or products’ technical feature satisfying with the customers’ standards).
- Giám sát đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên thuộc phòng ban.
(Supervise and praise effectiveness of department’s employees’ work performance).
- Giải quyết các phát sinh trong công việc hàng ngày.
(Solve daily occurred problems if any).
- Các công việc khác theo sự sắp xếp của cấp trên.
(Other jobs upon request).

* Nơi làm việc (working place):
- Làm việc ở KCN Biên Hòa II (Work at Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II, Dong Nai Province).
- Ưu tiên ứng viên sống ở Đồng Nai (Candidates living near Dong Nai is priority).

* Thời gian làm việc (Working time):
- Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu từ 8:00 ~ 16:30
(Monday to Friday -> 8:00am ~ 16:30pm)
- Thứ Bảy từ 8:00 ~ 15:00
(Saturday -> 8:00am ~ 15:00pm.
- Được nghỉ 02 thứ bảy trong tháng.
(to be off 02 Saturdays per month).

- Tốt nghiệp từ trình độ đại học ngành cơ khí, có kinh nghiệm 05 năm trong việc quản lý kỹ thuật hoặc kinh nghiệm về công nghệ ép nhựa.
(University graduated from mechanical major, at least 5 experienced years in engineering management or injection technology).
- Nam từ 35 ~ 45 tuổi.
(Male from 35 ~ 45 years old).
- Microsoft office word, excel, power point, outlook
(Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo nghe – nói - đọc - viết (nếu ứng viên biết thêm tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế).
(Good communication 4 skills in English (if candidates have Japanese knowledge is preferred)).
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, teamwork tốt, tinh thần trách nhiệm, sáng tạo.
(Communication skill, teamwork, responsibility spirit and creativeness).
- Năng động, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình với công việc.
(Dynamic, hard-working, react quickly).
- Có kiến thức về ngành ép nhựa, sử dụng Auto-cad 2D, 3D thành thạo.
(Knowledge on injection industry, use Auto-cad 2D, 3D smoothly).
