For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of an engineering leader.
* Establish the manufacturing process for leading composite material in the aviation field.
* Design of tool and jig for curing and machining
* Consideration and technical judgement of the countermeasure for non-conformity
* Process improvement for mass production
* Communication/Discussion with overseas customer

* Graduated from Engineering or Science University
* Experience at the leader position
* English skill for technical discussion and conversation.
* General knowledge of development, manufacturing and quality
* Making drawing with CAD.
* Responsible and strong leadership
