Engineering Executive (Planning)

* 01 Position

* Major Responsibilities:
- Receives all work requests (WRs) from the requesting departments, review and screen each WR for system compliance, describes work scope, priority and requested completion dates clearly and practically, provide adequate lead-time and convert to work order to send to discipline engineers for works implementation.
- Support to proceed TPM activity.
- Monthly automatic generation of all section PM tasks and coordinate with section Engineers to follow up of implementation phase of the Preventive Maintenance Monthly Plan of all sections from SAP, yearly Master plan, long term maintenance Plan.
- Prepare maintenance report periodically and analyze maintenance performance.
- Prepare maintenance manual procedure.
- Develop and establish work list and details of overall execution schedule for turnaround and shutdown works. Identify and recommend all maintenance and turnaround / shutdown contract requirement.
- Monitor progress and reschedule activities as necessary to achieve objective, including critical path analysis.
- Prepare maintenance report periodically & analyze and improve maintenance performance.

* Knowledge & skill:
- Education level: Degree in Mechanical; Instrument; Electrical or similar technical background university;
- To know about Maintenance function; Strategy; Organization; Reliability; Life Cycle asset management;
- To do planning and scheduling for Maintenance tasks
- To know and use the SAP system
- To be able to review, analyze and provide accurate reports on maintenance activities: (Such as manpower utilization, mean time between failures, life cycle cost, Backlog Work Order control system ... etc.)
- To be able to review and analyze the effectiveness preventive maintenance/ Predictive activities and recommend improvement follow PDCA cycle for improvement.
- To be able to prepare, compile and issue various reports e.g. status reports, weekly, two weekly plans compliance report and monthly maintenance department report, maintenance performance indices report etc.
- To be able to coordinate with maintenance section engineer, process/ operation engineers and contractors for backlog work orders list reviewing & processing which included generating, approval, planning, execution and completion of all WO on time, ensuring that actual maintenance data are collected, entered accurately.
- Have good knowledge about process safety; safety requirements for operating equipment.
- To be able establish and review ITB.
- To be able to prepare schedule, work list of turn around and shutdown maintenance.
- English: good at speaking, listening, reading, writing.
- Desire to learn technical skills, knowledge & experiences in maintenance as well as in planning field
- Willing to work when require. Willing to work Overtime Work or other duties out of scope of work. Fast response.
- Team Work: Good in coordination with other in same department and outside department.

* Experience:
- Experience in MAXIMO; SAP control center & Database management or similar system is an advantage.
- Working experience in oil & gas industry in an advantage.
