Engineering Coordinator - Hai Phong

1.0 General
• Maintain SAP data.
• Administrative support to engineer.
• Sample arrangement and logistic.

2.0 Specific Responsibilities
• To provide clerical support to the Vietnam Engineering Department;
• Input and maintain data in SAP system;
• Assist engineers to coordinate with vendors for sales samples arrangement;
• To perform duties assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager / Director;
• In charge of the sign sample and ensure the samples are in place without missing or damage;
• Phone answering and samples rec’d if required.
• Other jobs as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering;
• 2 - 5 years experience in the toys industry; background in mechanical, plastic
• Multi-national company experience is a must;
• Has knowledge in the toys industry standards for different countries
• Able to transform vision into clear strategy, goal and objectives;
• Familiar with licensed product process and approval;
• Able to work from concept drawing through development until production;
• Possesses superior problem solving skills, and independent decision making abilities
• Working Experience in SAP operation
• Good at Excel skills
• Good skills in English. Chinese skills will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years’ clerical working experience.
