Develop Continuous Improvement Initiatives in order to impact the most critical KPI’s of the company, as well as ensuring and sustaining the results through a management of daily improvement and continuous education/training for entire personnel of the company. Details as below:
1. Create and Develop an Education and Training Plan for the company in Lean Tools and Lean Culture (Continuous Knowledge).
2. Ensure the follow up of Daily, Weekly and Monthly results of each initiative of improvement, including Benefit tracker (savings).
3. Monthly and Weekly Report for KPI for Continuous Improvement Department.
4. Guide the value stream to find and implement the best solutions to achieve best profitability for the company.
5. Increase the performance of the value stream with the Management of Daily Improvement.
6. Create, Adjust and Deploy Procedures to assure improvement of the processes
7. Guide and Teach main leaders to eliminate or reduce deviation on the processes through a root cause analysis procedure.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Technical background
2. Must be 100% bilingual (English-Vietnamese).
3. At least 1 year working experience. Preferably in companies of the same line (Extrusion, printing, package etc.)
4. Knowledge and Experience in Statistics process control; Basic Six Sigma Knowledge (DMAIC);
5. Knowledge in Scientific method to resolve problems (Ishikawa, 5 Why’s, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Analysis, etc.)
6. Knowledge in implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015
7. Ability to lead Multidisciplinary team and ease of expression toward the audience
8. Advance level of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excell, Power Point)
