Mô tả công việc
1/ New product launching in factory
o New product introduction.
o Build up requirement for manufacture process, machine, tooling, jig & mold die in order to ensure product quality in manufacture process, build PFMEA for product.
o Feedback to product design the requirement from factory & manufacture to update DWG in order to make good design for production (quality, productivity, maintain process, long life…)
o Apply ECN for product, horizontal expansion activities. New product DWG version control.
o Co-operate with quality team to qualify product quality in development & launching phase
2/ Trouble shooting & problem solving for related issue of product quality. Consulting for process engineer, manufacture engineer & Quality team for continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
o Continue improving activities to improve quality of product, preventive for QN, improve Cpk,
o Product design feedback to improve productivity, quality during MP
o Cost saving form product structure (material, BOM, packing, specification change…)
o Troubleshooting to ensure the product quality in co-operate with related team (Product qualify process, diagnose, analyse...)
o Action feedback for product design related quality problem which need improve of customer claim, in process audit….
3/ Design product, solution follow customer requirement (mechanical or electrical product design)
4/ Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new product.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ EDUCATION: Graduated from University (major: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic)
2/ EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years experiences in manufacture company at product engineer or product design (work at position like: contact window between factory & R&D centre at the role to launch new product) who experience design product or solution from customer requirement.
3/ OTHERS:
- Be able to read & create technical drawings
- Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
- Be able design by CAD (NX, ...)
