- Give new idea for process development
- Investigation the trouble issue at process
- Take improvement action
- Optimize condition to improve quality, productivity or cost down
- Make and send report to management timely

*Requirements:
- Number of recruitment: 01 person
- Male or Female.
- Graduated from Universities, major in Electricity, Electronic, Physical, Chemical.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and writing).
+ Good data analysis and problem solving skill
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills are essential in order to manage and prioritize your workload
+ Confidentiality, initiative, reliability
+ Proactive, hardworking, high responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

* Benefits
+ The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
+ When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
+ Negotiated salary. Beside the basic salary, the employees shall receive other allowances regulated by the company.
+ Working time: 48 hours/ week. The rest time is regulated by the Laws and the company
