Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible of machines, equipment, mold-dies, tools, jigs maintenance and improvement.
- Hold meeting as and when required for training , exchange information and discuss on non - conformance so as to improve overall productivity and quality in the machines and mold-die.
- Monitor the performance of the production Quality. Interface with the Engineers/Technicians when repairs and maintenance are required. Confirm that repairs and adjustment are effective and done;
- Ensure Operators follow SOP and procedures when run machine.
- Follow up on non–conformance of machine/process and take action accordingly.
- Take part in establish PFMEA, standards, work instruction, work procedures and processes. Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ EDUCATION: Graduated from College up (Major: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
2/ WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 4 year experiences at the same position in manufacturing companies
3/ SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good knowledge in engineering and tooling
- Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
