Mô tả công việc
- Lead by example, and promote a culture of safety and environmental protection in the workplace.
- Ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of a range of equipment and machinery.
- Work with equipment and machinery included : lift, hoist, elevator, forklift, electrical, rectifier, motor, pump, vacuum, air compressor, heater, conveyor systems,...
- Ensure planned and ad-hoc repairs are executed to keep all equipment running smoothly and safely.
- Ensure that technicians are well-trained and have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs safely and effectively.
- Comply with safely regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all machines and equipment supporting Production.
- Responsible for installing and testing machines and equipments in the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use working with related team.
- Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level.
- Troubleshoot technical problems for machine and equipment to quickly resolve any issues.
- Continuous improvement in process, machinery.
- Standardize WIs, documents to comply with company’s requirement.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and other related function to manage technical activities and projects: troubleshoot, repair production equipment, implement new equipment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience working with Electrical, electromechanical electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 basic knowledge.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently, under pressure.
- Results driven, creative and hands-on attitude.
- Ability to work with little or no direction in environments resistant to change or unable to change quickly.
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office, 3D CAD, Rhino.
- Proficient programming software skills: CX Programmer, GX Developer, Simatic Siemen.
- Can communicate in English.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 basic knowledge.

- Able to work independently, under pressure.
