Mô tả công việc
1) Design:
・Design work of temporary structral drawing for Vietnamese projects and for Gecoss Japan
2) Sales:
・Receiving necessary information for the contract and design, supply of shoring system such as BQ, delivery and construction schedule
・Preparing and submission of quotation and negociation with clients
・Concluding the contract with clients
・Administration of construction site
3) Construction:
・Arrangements and adjustment of design, material supply and construction with main contractor
・Procurement support and controlling subcontractors
・Delivery control and collection of proceeds.

- Degree: College/Bachelor/ Or superior of civil building/engineering
- Experience: N/A
- Time working: Full time
・ACAD, SAP2000, Microsoft Office
・Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
・Good command of English skills or Japanese skills (Toeic, Japanese N3 or upper is advantage)
* Working conditions & Benefits
・Working place: Ho Chi Minh City
+ Long term dispatch to site in Hai Phong, Hanoi, Da Nang,…
・Training opportunities in Japan, Japanese language ( if company requires)
・Working day: 5 days / week
・Salary: Negotiable, 13th month salary
・Other conditions subject to Labor Law of Vietnam and internal regulation
・Allowance: Business trip, long term site dispatch, motorbike parking
