Engineer, EHSS

JOB PURPOSE
EHS Engineer plays a primarily role of implementing and administering all EHS programs, policies and procedures in complying with Company Policies and all local statutory requirements.

MAIN DUTIES
1 Conduct/organize EHS programs in implementation, training and supervising to comply Company policies, Statutory requirement and mandatory licenses.
2. Conducts El-IS audits/patrol, EHS risk assessment, recommend and oversee corrective [preventive measures to improve continuously safety and working environment.
3. Work together with other EHSS team members to ensure that all operations and practices comply with internal and external EHS regulations and standards.
4. Defines and make clear EHS plan indicating deadlines for external/internal compliance.
5. Participate the investigation of all EHS incidents to determine the root causes and issue a written report to Management.
6. Prepare any appropriation requests necessary and complete the programs on-time and within budget.
7. Coordinate and/or conduct industrial hygiene monitoring including air, noise, biological, ventilation and ergonomics.
8. Oversee the handling, storage, and disposal of industrial and hazardous wastes including developing & implementing a hazardous material control process for the factory.
9. Implement and complete other EHSS tasks assigned on time in full

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)
1 . Full compliance of EHSS requirements, local law and regulations.
2. Safe, Hygiene - Ergonomic and Environment (Zero Incident)
3. Initiate/Conduct/Monitor inter-departments-improvement projects to achieve targets within budget, that must include follow up activity

- Male, Bachelor's Degree
- More than 3 years experience in EHS
- Good command in English (spoken, written)
- Experience in Multi National Company
