Be responsible for provide support including but not limit to Electrical, Mechanical/Pneumatic Systems, Fire Fighting and Alarm system, Building Management Systems to assure compliance with environmental and safety regulations through.
Maintain and test run backup systems, i.e. generators, UPSs, etc., and auxiliary equipment for building emergency power and critical environments.
Take lead activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
Prepare and review specifications of engineering system, installation and function.
Analyse supplier and contractor proposals and recommend final selection.
Validate new and modified engineering system performance through on-site and third party measurements.
Provide technical assistance and leadership to engineering technicians
Performs any other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 5- year - experienced in a critical facility, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and switch-gear preferred
At least 5- year - experienced in operating and maintaining building electrical, instrumentation and control systems, including Building Management System/ Ecostruxure is highly preferable.
At least 3 -year experienced on Facilities Management
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
Proficient in AutoCAD, good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Email
At least 5- year - experienced in operating and maintaining building electrical, instrumentation and control systems, including Building Management System/ Ecostruxure is highly preferable.
At least 3 -year experienced on Facilities Management
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
Proficient in AutoCAD, good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Email
