- Oversee the measurement of engagement activities’ impact, linked to business goals, org-wide employee events, develop engaging content that inspires and motivates our staff.
- Identify training needs, propose learning and development solutions and drive for execution of such solutions
- Provide expert communications advice and support to the management on critical decisions and messages that affect employees
- Recruit the best talents for GoViet as assigned

- 3+ years of experience in relevant industry
- Excellent problem-solving and change management skills
- Excellent communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narrative
- A self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction

- Laptop for each employee
