Mô tả công việc
• Organizing and supporting the Charity Project Committee
• Communicating with local NGOs
• Keep track of finances, accounting and purchasing
• Research local NGOs that do not have English websites
• Help with the coordination of the Every Drop Counts project (Sanjeev’s project of feeding people every single day of the year)
• Facilitate better communication and connection with the orphanages and centers we currently support, increase Saitex engagement
• Organize activities, Events (Environmental days, financial counseling days, family events, etc.)
• Internal PR help (newsletters, announcements, etc.)
• Social sustainability focus
• Promote environmental sustainability culture – increase awareness (make posters, make sure people are bringing their own water bottles, etc.)
• Understanding Saitex’s values and spreading it from top to bottom
• Create Saitex welcome package for new hires – help with new hire orientation (tour around the factory, introduction to key people, etc.)
• Help to install company branding around the factory (i.e. changing the posters, videos, etc. around the factory into the Saitex font and brand theme)
• Support HR Central
• Find hospitals, Find schools, Find therapists and specialists, Assess situations/perform audits, Collect documents and review, Financial coordination
• Support the FairTrade team
• Help facilitate communication between FairTrade PMT team and BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• University degree is ideal
• PR experience is a plus
