Mô tả công việc
- Drive reward and recognition through “Star Rewards Program”. Maintain the rewards portal and providing employee support and assistance
- Enhance employee engagement through firm wide “People Passion” programs including business leader forums, high impact engagement events, sporting activities, and diversity programs that reach all employees
- Help support and drive firm wide CSR programs to promote socially responsible activities
- Promote other trade union activities together with Firm trade union representatives
- Provide analytics reports on effectiveness and success of the above programs
- Support in developing and delivering other related services with HR Team such as L&D and Recruitment as and when required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Marketing preferred
- 2 – 3 years experiences in people engagement role in multinational companies
- Excellent English communication skill and computer high literacy
- Strong human sense with good people interaction skills
- Detail-focused and careful characteristic
- Sense of fun and enthusiasm to help energize team members
- Able to travel for business on request
