Mô tả công việc

Attached to HR Senior Manager, you will manage a team of 2 people and be responsible of the following aspects:
• Ensure smooth operation of back offices of the Company
• Study Employee feedback and come up with engagement concepts
• Budget and cost control

Detailed responsibilities as below:
• Administration/ logistic management : Best support across the organization
Maintain a smooth operation of offices
Provide a seamless support to frontline and all staff in logistic and administration
Process visa/ work permit/ residence card/ invitation letter for employees and visitors
Lease house for expats in Vietnam and support to prepare school for their children
Monitor office renovation and movement
Ensure compliance and code of conduct in all related polices

• Employee engagement : Best Place to Work in Vietnam
Organize company events, conferences and support for Group events in Vietnam
Continuous improvement according to feedbacks
Proactively and creatively come up with new concepts to delight people

• Cost & Budget : Control cost effectively in compliance with Company policy
Monitor the proper usage of all supplies and resources
Negotiate the best deals and ensure that the right amounts are charged
Cost saving efficiently
Make plan and manage related budgets in compliance with company policies
Do monthly consolidated report for HR manager/ HR director

• Business Partner : Trusted advisor to Departments
Closely involve and understand the Department operations
Give detailed advices and effectively support to Departments as assigned

• People development : Building up people competence
Coach, mentor subordinates to make sure they have competencies required to perform the job well.
Identify gaps in knowledge, skills and attitudes of the subordinates and plan to fill in the gaps with suitable interventions.
Regularly communicate with the subordinates on how they are performing at their job and assist them to develop their career.
Continuously learn and develop own capabilities as well as develop the subordinates so that they can be ready to assume higher position.

• Internal process and innovation : Continuously improve better process
Continuously identify gaps in policies and internal process and proactively take action to fill in the gaps by revising or developing new policies, procedures and processes.
Continuously seek for innovation and improvement of management system in order to improve the efficiency of the business

• Safety and compliance : Well comply with company policy
Fulfil all safety targets as assigned by the company
Comply with all safety policies as well as other policies of the Company.

• Executive other assignments as required by line manage

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Administration
• Marketing and branding are advantages
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Creative thinking & critical thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Organizing & supervising skills
