One main focus of Bosch Automotive Steering R&D activities is using specific software to connect components and create complete systems. Today, Automotive Steering already generates around 60 percent of its sales with electric steering systems. A compact, locally developed, and particularly inexpensive electric power steering for cars for Asian markets shows that the company offers more than just solutions for premium vehicles. As a result, customers with lower-cost compact cars also benefit from the product’s advantages.

If you're passionate about Automotive Engineering, welcome to BOSCH! We're looking for talented Embedded Software Project Leader to join our Automotive Steering team in Ho Chi Minh city. The team is responsible for software development & testing for Electronic Power Steering (EPS).

The Embedded Software Project Leader leads and controls embedded software projects, including the software/system release, manages the content and timing to achieve the software project goals - let’s look at your daily challenge in details:

* Initiate and terminate software projects 
* Plan, schedule and monitor the software development 
* Take responsibility for the compliance with processes inside the project 
* Develop concepts for technical realization 
* Be responsible for the software requirement review

Qualifications
 
Technical skills and experience

* Have knowledge of the C programming language for embedded systems and demonstrate competency with software and system requirements
* Have basic understanding of the electronics circuits within the Electronics Control Unit (ECU)
* Have experience with embedded software development and/or software project coordination
* Project management know-how, have good understanding of project management methods
* Practical experience in requirements management; preparing and maintaining planning, monitoring project documents and reporting project status is required
* Have technical knowledge of any embedded system. Working knowledge of Automotive domain (AUTOSAR, CAN, FlexRay...) is prefered

Language and softskills

* Good English communication skills
* Good organizational competence and social skills
* Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic work place
* Japanese language is big advantage
