50% Corporate Relations Management/Client Retention
▪ Retain existing accounts through rapport building and constant communication to continually cultivate business relationship.
▪ Provide renewal notice 2 month before contract anniversary. For cases of under-manage accounts; provided specific solutions to improve service.
▪ Provide quick and reasonable solutions to corporate client query request and complain.
▪ Provide suggestions, solutions and action plan to Corporate Sales Manager and Operations Team to improve corporate services and minimize complaints.
▪ Provide support to client concerns by liaising between departments and branches.
▪ Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
20% New Business Development
▪ Build business by identifying and selling prospects;
▪ Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval
▪ Support to develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
20% Corporate Marketing
▪ Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross promotional opportunities.
▪ Work for special events to entertain partners and prospects.
▪ Work closely with other departments within the organization on corporate partner related programs including community relations, public relations, membership sales, marketing
10% Other Duties/Responsibilities
▪ Submit weekly progress reports and ensure details are accurate
▪ Maintain an updated database of current and potential clients to high degree of accuracy and detailed information.
▪ Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by Account Executives and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and consolidating information.
▪ Protect company’s value by keeping all information confidential.
▪ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
▪ 1- 3 years in Sales field, preferably in Corporate Sales
▪ College degree or above
▪ English (verbal & writing)
▪ Computer skills: word & excel
▪ Soft skills: Communication skill, listening skill, problem analysis and problem-solving
▪ Honest, enthusiastic, active, friendly
