Mô tả công việc
1. Standard operating as HR Executive
• Be in charge of HR service delivery for assigned club/ department
• Manage and update the employees’ database via hard copies and BIM HR software; Ensure the employee data/profile systematically & effectively managed
• Complete and follow up all HR’s paper works/ HR procedures such as: offer letter, labor contract, HR’s decisions, etc to the club/ department as assignment
• Advise employees/managers of labor relationship issues, update HR’s Policies, Insurance, PIT, labor law, employee benefits for staff’s acknowledgment and compliance
• Prepare documents and welcome all inspection team in an assigned club.
• Ensure the implementation of Company policies and guidelines (performance evaluation, goal setting, ect) at clubs are aligned and timely managed
• Perform recruitment activities to ensure headcount, candidate quality, and timely meet human resources according to the Company's policies
• Perform C&B jobs: calculating commissions, bonuses and allowances for employees; do timekeeping, keep track the annual leave; carry out procedures related to employee benefits, answer employees' questions about the regime ...
2. Work tasks as Senior HR
• Provide training and supervise HREs’ work performance to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR team
• Enhance work cooperation/connection to all assigned clubs for timely understanding, survey/investigation to club issues and proper report to HRM for suitable problem- solving plans
• Advise and coach managers/ HODs on HR policies and programs including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, health and safety.
• Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall goals and are in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements by laws.
• Be in charge for C&B function in HCM including: all kind of commission of related departments such as: Fitness, Sales, Operations, Yoga, Group X; time-table record; monthly payroll; social/medical/ unemployment insurance by law.
• Support HR Manager and other departments with design, implementation and development of HR strategy in order to proactively satisfy business objectives and align with HR policies/procedures.
• Continuously update all incidents related to HR matter, be in charge to find out/propose the solution to HR Manager along with the arising specific cases at the assigned area.
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
▪ Years of experience in professional field: Have 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources management
▪ Education requirements: Bachelor preferably Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, Human Resources
▪ Languages requirements: Good communication in English
▪ Soft skills requirements:
- Good partnering skill
- Leadership & motivation skill
- Ability to work in team and independently
- Problem solving skill
- Presentation and coaching skill
- Time management
▪ Other requirements, if any:
- Have deeply knowledge about labor law, social insurance law, personal income tax law, trade union law
- Knowledge of labor relationship issues
