Electronics Project Engineer - VSIP 2, Binh Duong

1) Report to the PCBA Engineering Manager
2) Onsite support testing and debug of product, system in production
3) Support define test method of product during NPI phase and massive production as well
4) Handle assigned tasks in order to meet all the customer’s requirements.
5) Participate in the development of electronic products:
- Hardware and software development for customers
- Validate PCBA:
+ Qualify electronic components
+ Work with SMT department to build samples
+ Test, debug and write the validation report
6) Develop and handle the fabrication of production fixtures:
- 2D and 3D design
- Electronics controller design and programming
- PC application interfaced with the fixture
7) Solve mechanical and electronic issues relative to design and quality.
8) Repair tools with defective electronics.
9) Perform other tasks assigned by the Electronic Manager

1) Bachelor of degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
2) 1 to 4 years working in the electronics field or circuit design
3) Electronic test tools for test: LCR, multi-meter, oscilloscope, debug and integration system of embedded system
4) Good hardware electronics skills
5) Identification and capture of test cases, testing systems in Production.
6) Analysis and problem solving
7) Knowledge 8D Method, six sigma, seven tool (plus)
8) Good command of written English
9) Familiar with 2D and 3D CAD
