JOB DUTIES:
- Setting standards for SOP (AM,PM,RM manual, Management process for machine, spare parts).
- Data collection, statistics, analysis, continuous improvement of the above SOP
- Research equipment’s in worship to improve machine efficiency and quality
- Introduction of new technologies, efficiency assessment of new and old equipment
TASK:
- Trouble shouting the machine
- Modify the electric part and operation of machine
- Training for electrical engineer and operator
Qualification:
- University of Electric or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 years of work experience
- Setting standards for SOP (AM,PM,RM manual, Management process for machine, spare parts).

Knowledge:
- Shoe industry factory production equipment understanding (operation, maintenance, repairing)
- Familiar with all spare parts of automation, software operation, encoder program creation, modification
- Computer office software operation, CAD software, English listening, speaking, reading, writing
Skills :
- At least 1 years of experience in PLC, HMI, Drive; 2 years as Electrical engineer for Design, Maintain, trouble shooting, improvement machine.
- Familiar with Electrical Device such as relay, contactor, inverter; Design and make the Electrical panel, Experience with software for electrical drawing such as AutoCAD.
- Experience in PLC programming for Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens…; HMI Winter, Touch win, Mitsubishi, Siemens…configuration, commissioning Servo Drive, Inverter of Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens Kinh nghiệm lập trình PLC, Về cấu hình Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens…; HMI Weintek, Touchwin, Mitsubishi, Siemens. Servo Drive, Inverter và Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens
- Knowledge of Industrial communication protocol: Modbus, provirus, CC-link…
