- Understanding customer requirements and developing technical solution for customers
- Updating latest supplier product technologies to promote to customers
- Following up with customer from design to production, resolve technical issues and optimize BOM cost.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationship
- Managing FAE team and developing strategies based on company direction

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*** Job Requirement
- Technical degree is required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in Electronics hardware design or Programming MCU, Processors is advantage
- Knowledge about electronics components and hardware design is advantage
- Travel as required by business strategies
- Relationship building skills are also extremely important
- Knowledge of the Electronic Distribution industry and team leading is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, presentation skills.

- Oversea travel for supplier training
- Full salary in probation time
- Quarterly KPI incentive, Annually incentive
