Electrical Technician (02 Posts) Kỹ Thuật Viên Điện (Working Offshore)

Principle responsibilities:
• Operate/maintain (CM&PM) Electrical equipment including but not limited to Turbine generator, Diesel generator, transformer, MCC, electrical drivers…etc.
• Implementation of electrical maintenance program on CLJOC offshore installation, where he is assigned a duty under supervisory of engineers/supervisors;
• Calibration/testing of electrical devices;
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on electrical parts of all process/utility systems on CLJOC offshore installation;
• Report any defect or inspection report to the Electrical Supervisor in a clear and concise manner and record all relevant information in logs as required;
• Perform other assignments by E/I Supervisor and/or Electrical Engineer;
• Supervise and support contractors/ vendors activities onboard and ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with CLJOC Safety Management.

Qualifications and Skills required:
• Bachelor of qualification in Electrical Engineering;
• Hands on experience within electrical environment in oil or heavy industry at least 2 year are preferred;
• Able to communicate in English and read, understand technical document in English;
• Able to work 21 day rotational assignment in an offshore environment;
• Ability to learn new equipment, processes and procedures quickly and with a minimum of outside training or schools;
• Capable of learning in a fast moving working environment;
• Basic understanding of safety requirements for offshore installations.
