Job description
. Supervise, inspect, testing & commissioning for the installation of M&E systems at Project sites.
. Check working drawing.
.Quantity survey .
. To monitor construction works & progress as per design to ensure conformity, compliance and quality on time.
. To be able to draft simple letter to Client/Consulatants.
.To liaise with related relevant authorities and their sub-contractors for work to be done at site
.To liaise with Consultants on design matter relating to cost, constructability and efficiency
. Support Site Manager in daily work at site. Make work report to Managers
. Implement miscellaneous work / maintenance work / additional work of M&E Section at completed project.
. To follow up to fulfill the clients & consultant's requirement.
. To liaise with sub-contractors at site so that a conducive environment is achieved.
. To coordinate consultants, contractor and sub-contractor to achieve project goals.
. To attend to defects as reported by the consultant.

Job Requirement:
Male from 26 to 35 years old.
. Graduated from Technical University/ University of Technical Education;
. Proficiency in Microsoft office, Auto CAD and calculation software for MEP systems
. Good at English
. Hard-working, active
. Willing to work overtime with high pressure / at weekend to fulfill the pending tasks or urgent requirement.
. Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in civil engineering related to construction and property development.
Specific skills/ abilities: Good experience in MEP construction works, especial for high-rise building and infra works.
Problem Solving Examples of the Job : Willing to support / help colleague in the company
