Electrical & Instrument Supervisor (Nhân Viên Giám Sát Kỹ Thuật Điện Tự Động)

Responsible for issues relating to Electrical & Instrument Supervision, including but not limited to:
- Under the direct instruction of E&I Superintendent, the E&I supervisor is responsible to the E&I Superintendent for the safety, the quality, the schedule and the effectiveness of the project E&I parts.
- Consult the E&I superintendent to make plans of construction, installation, commissioning relating to E &I parts.
- Carefully check the accuracy of shop drawings issued by the E&I Engineering discipline; report to the authorities and relevant parties on any mistakes (if any) for correction/ adjustment.
- Based on the fabrication schedule of E&I parts, establish and allocate production norms to E&I foremen for fabrication and coordinate the E&I fabrication so as to ensure the project schedule. Closely control production norms and update to production control team after project completion.
- Effectively coordinate and be mainly responsible for relevant resources, machines, equipments and facilities so as to control and implement fabrication, installation, commissioning relating to E&I parts with the high effectiveness and quality, the lowest cost and the safety as proposed project plans.
- Closely and synchronically coordinate with clients, subcontractors and other project disciplines to supervise and control the quality of engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning and ensure them in line with the approved technical procedures, drawings and specification and make the client satisfied.
- Analyze critical points with high risks to efficiently make coordinative plans of resources and equipments so as to deploy fabrication in accordance with the project schedule and catch up the project plan in the end project stages (if any).
- Analyze risks regarding to HSE and comply with QHSE and OHSAS procedures of the project and the company. Mainly responsible for HSE aspects in E&I fabrication discipline.

- Bachelor's degree or higher major in: Instrument Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Job level: New graduate or experienced.
- English fluent in use (Equivalent 550 TOEIC).
