- Setting up the annual Planned Maintenance System for all Brewing and Utility basing on identifying the current and future maintenance requirements to ensure all machineny/equipment are maintained in good conditions by
+ Assessing equipment and understand the current status
+ Restoring deterioration and improve weakness
+ Building up an information management system
+ Building up a periodical maintenance system
+ Building up a predictive maintenance system
+ Assessing the planned maintenance system
+ Setting up and control a spare part stock system
- Determining work priorities and scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure production operations.
- Setting up, managing, training people to perform on schedule all activities belong to assigned pillars followed TPM methodology
- Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results to complete the maintenance operational requirements.
- Planning and preparing the annual maintenance budgets, scheduling expenditures,analysing variances and initiating corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
- Selecting, orienting, coaching, counselling and training subordinates; monitoring and appraising subordinates' job results to ensure they can perform and achieve the KPIs
- Confering with superiors and colleagues to resolve maintenance problems.
- Participating all projects of innovation and brewery extension for production improvement, and development

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Electrical and Automation Engineering.
- Knowledge of Industrial Management, Beer Technology, International Standard of Process
- Automation and Control
- At least 5-year relevant experience in foreign invested companies.
- Good team leadership
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Conversant with spoken and written English (specially technical jargons)
- PC literacy (Auto CAD, Office, other Engineering soft wares)
- Knowledge of Industrial Management, Beer Technology, International Standard of Process
- Automation and Control
