Mô tả công việc
Health & Safety:
- Manage, supervise and control labor accidents and occupational safety in factories.
- Develop processes, regulations on labor safety.
- Plan and monitor to ensure adequate stock of PPE is maintained on site.
- Check and supervise the operation of equipment, machinery … to ensure safe operation, and
- Inspect machinery with strict occupational safety requirements.
- Train labor safety for workers.
- Report periodically/ extraordinarily to authorities related to occupational safety and health, occupational accidents ..
- Coordinate with HR to carry out annual health check-ups for employees
Environment:
- Manage and control all wastewater treatment system to ensure it operates satisfactorily.
- Manage and supervise the collection, transportation and treatment of hazardous waste, domestic waste… in accordance with the Law on Environment.
- Monitor monthly waste generation and directly call waste collection units, and collect collection data at the end of the month and request units to provide invoice documents to store records.
- Monitor and implement environmental monitoring periodically to meet the approved targets.
- Periodic and extraordinary reports on the environmental field for the authorities as required.
Fire prevention and firefighting (FPF):
- Manage, monitor and supervise the system of fire protection means to always work properly
- Develop fire protection plans
- Regularly organizing drills for fire prevention and fighting plans for intramural fire prevention and fighting forces
- Follow up, perform periodic maintenance of FPF facilities and keep records according to regulations.
- Develop processes, regulations and rules on FPF works.
- Periodic and extraordinary reports on the FPF field for the authorities as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/Engineer degree in Technical/Environment…
- At least 02 years of experience in EHS/audit of the manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese EHS regulations and audits’ requirements.
- English speaking skills
- Microsoft office skills
- Be familiar with EHS reports/audit
