EHS Staff (Urgent: 2 Staffs)

01 EHS staff: Main job
1. Labor Condition Requirement compliance, including
• Identify, assess and implement applicable EHS laws, regulations (national, local and international EHS organizations) in site
• Organize, supervise and implement EHS education, training and activity for all employees
• Standardize and review on machinery & electrical EHS management, new machinery acceptance, daily monitoring, PPE, work permit, strictly controlled equipment, etc.
• Assist and/or lead accident/incident investigation & follow-up. Track and implement corrective action in management. Promote Near Miss and other EHS programs.
• Carry out OHS information delivery and communication internally & externally.
• Occupational Hygiene compliance support to factory project and change management
2. Fire safety
• Fire Safety Standardization Management implementation and compliance
• Lead site daily EHS inspection to close audits finding and implement audit recommendations
• ERT team management (including training, meeting) & organize the fire drill
• Make monthly checking report & annual report
• Meet factory’s changes & requirements

1. Labor Condition Requirement compliance, including
• Radiation occupational health compliance management, include equipment, permit, certificate and license
• Monitor, maintain and develop Occupational Hygiene management in working environment condition to comply with legal requirements
• Occupational Hygiene compliance support to factory project and change management
2. Chemical control and environmental requirement compliance, including
• Chemical EHS compliance management, include permit, chemical hazardous assessment, MSDS update, on site chemical usage monitor, etc.
• Training on chemical safety, waste management, waste classification for employees, waste P.I.C & organize the chemical drill
• Waste treatment system overall control & follow-up (in-house & out-sourced)
• Organize the annual environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
• Prepare, communicate with local authorities, customer or other third parties for external audit;
• Make monthly chemical consumption and annual report (waste management, environmental monitoring, etc.) and submit to local authorities.
• Meet factory’s changes & requirements

1. Educational background: University and above in relevant field.
2. Experiences: - Leading the EHS work at other company/longer experience for 1-2 years, Hands on experience with ISO management system
3. Skills: Excellent networking and communication skills, fluent English, basic IT skills (MS Office).
