EHS Staff (Nhân viên Môi trường, Sức khỏe và An toàn lao động)

1. Report to HR Manager.
2. Plan and implement HSE, 5S for the whole company to prevent possible accident.
3. Training, build awareness, behavior: Conduct the internal training of occupational health, occupational safety, environment, 5S and security for all employees and third party staffs, visitors.
4. Risk management: Lead the HSE team to perform the risk analysis for HSE and propose control measure adequacy, build risk management program for HSE, review and update quarterly or when needed.
5. Preventive action to improve HSE Management system:
- Analysis near-miss accident and incident and propose improvement follow PDCA.
- Get input from resource: new technology, members companies from group, daily control activities, corrective actions… to propose preventive action for HSE.
6. Control activities:
- Daily patrol to monitor, supervise the activities in point of view of HSE.
- Manage Safety, Occupational Hygienic and 5S to ensure the compliance of department activities to HSE are maintain.
- Closely work with all level of employee, third party to enhance the HSE awareness, behavior, compliance, lead by examples.
- Correct the misbehavior on time.
- Sign off the work permit after carefully check and verify the working conditions, random check conditions during activities performed.
- Issue the minutes in case of violent in HSE compliance.
7. Correction and Corrective Action for HSE system:
- Lead, propose action plan to HR Manager, Plant Manager to bring the working area, employee moral back to normal conditions after incident, accident.
- Investigate accidents, incident to identify causes, propose corrective action to eliminate root cause to avoid recurrence.
8. Fire Prevention and Fighting facilities maintenance:
- Co-ordinate with the Engineering dept. to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers;
9. Co-ordinate with authorized outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses such as fire evacuation drills, Chemical Spill out drills, Prevention course, First Aid Training course, Safety Training courses.
10. Supervise the pest control performance by working with the pest control service provider.
11. Prepares or follows up Environment quarterly reports.

- Bachelor of Safety, Labor protection, Engineering, Technical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- At least 3 year’s experience in HSE required
- Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team and team management, flexibility and ability to work in different environment and under high pressure
- Being proactive, creative and responsible
- Having good analytical skill, training skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
- Able to communicate well verbal and writing both English and Vietnamese
- Energetic and motivational
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong Leadership and willing to maintain discipline.
