Purpose of the Job
The Quality Officer is in charge of the application of the EHS rules on site.
Organisation Chart : On the Metro Pilot Line 3 project, CP06 / ACR sub-group, in charge of Power Supply and Depot Equipment.

Organisational Reporting
This position reports functionally to the EHS Manager.
Objectives and responsibilities
- Deploy on site of the EHS processes.
- Inspect and report to EHS manager status of EHS application among teams and subcontractors.
- On behalf of EHS manager, drive trainings, inductions, to the teams.
- Perform periodic reporting.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree (electrical or electromechanical)
Desired Knowledge / Experience
Min 2 year experience in EHS activities, preferably on construction site.
Behavioural Skills / Competencies
- Confidentiality and Ethical behaviour.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- Good relational skills, ability to communicate.
- Dynamic and rigorous.
- Good practice of Microsoft office tools.
- Languages:
- Vietnamese
- English.
Location
Based in Hanoi ACR main office, but mostly works on site and warehouse. (Ga Ha Noi to Nhon)

Hanoi Line 3 - which is 12.5 km-long - is the second metro line under construction in the city. The commercial operation is expected in 2021, with the capacity of 8,600 People Per Hour and Per Direction (PPHPD). This capacity will be increased to 30,000 within 10 years of operations.
