Educational Consultant

• As an Educational Consultant, you will act as an ambassador of Poly English in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs.
• Efficient & high quality implementation of sales and customer care at the center by contacting potential customers via telesales, email and face-to-face presentations...to achieve sales target assigned by Line Manager;
• Actively building and managing potential customer databases in various sources, such as: online, offline, events, roadshows...;
• Establishing strong daily work routine to maximize sales activities and channels;
• Updating sales reports as requested by line manager;
• Attending training and coaching sessions that are organized for the role;
• Completing administrative tasks related to signing students’ contracts with customers at a high level of care;
• Providing excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Nurturing long-term relationships and build trust to maximize referrals and renewals;
• Supporting marketing department in offline marketing activities;
• Other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:
• Having at least 2 year experiences in sales, student recruitment sector
• Be able to communicate and persuade customers directly and via phone
• Good looking female from 25 to 33 years old
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Be available for shift working and working under pressure
• Be able to communicate in English well
****Benefits:
• Basic salary 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 + Attractive Incentives + Welfare package.
