Education Counselor

Working place: Hanoi
Report to: Chief Representative

1. Duties and responsibilities
1.1. Counseling

• Counseling prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities overseas (Australia, US, UK, NZL, Canada and Singapore).
• Providing information on foreign institutions to students either face-to-face or over telephone.
• Providing assistance in visa application, welfare arrangement and seminars.
• Following up student applications and keeping students informed on the outcome of institution offers and visa applications.
• Maintaining good rapport to students, their families, partner institutions and the visa offices.
• Completing other duties assigned by direct manager.

1.2. Customer Service
• Dealing directly with the leads/students either by phone, email or face to face.
• Providing necessary, accurate and timely information to the customers and suppliers.

2. Education and Experience
• University degree holder
• Very Good Command of English – equivalent IELTS overall score of 6.0 or above
• Counseling experience in education is a plus
