OneOnOne English is looking for a full-time Educational Consultant Manager, to work in a fast-paced start-up
environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job will have responsibilities as below:
- Lead the EC/CS team to achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Recruiting and Training strategy to secure talents
• Coach and support all staffs of Sales Department to enhance market and business.
• Provide product feedback to improve our strategic value to our target markets
• Solve needs, complaint of the clients that over the control of junior EC.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients
• Work with Marketing team to organize effective activities/event regularly
• Daily sales/Weekly/Monthly sales reporting on CRM system as per company requirement
• Other tasks and as assigned by line Managers

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably with some business focus)
- Having experiences in telesales, building good relationship with clients over the phone from all industry (at least 3-5 years
experience)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proven sales and business development track record
- Dynamic, pro-active work style
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organised and result-oriented
- Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" " hands-on" attitude
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
