* Main tasks and activities
- Manage developers and team activity
- Ensure respect of managed projects commitments in term of quality and deadlines
- Ensure respect of department processes and best practices in team
- Contribute to KPIs for ESB Development Director based in Paris
- Ensure maintenance and management of developed solutions
- Participate to common daily meeting with teams based in Paris
- Realize daily and weekly activity reporting using Group tools
* Reporting line
Report to Development Center Director based in Ho Chi Minh and ESB Development Director based in Paris

* Educational background
Graduate in computer science
* Technical skills
- Knowledge of ESB development on platform like TIBCO, IBM Sterling… ideally on Software AG Webmethods from 8.2 to latest versions (Integration Server, MywebMethods, Trading Networks)
- Advanced knowledge of XML Technologies: XML, XSLT, transfer protocols: (s)FTP, AS2, http(s), webService, EDI Norms: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, EANCOM, RosettaNet, Odette, knowledge of SQL language: Transact SQL (Microsoft SQL server)
- Good knowledge of collaborative development tools ideally of Visual Studio Team Services
* Language
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Professional background
More than 6 years of experience with successful experience in team management
* Soft skills
- Leadership and ability to manage and coordinate teams
- Reliable and comfortable to collaborate in team
- Strong learning capabilities both for technical and functional aspects
