Ecommerce Onsite Leader

1.Deploy the distribution of display positions and promotions on the entire site.
2.Lead product merchandising across the site, including the home page, landing pages, and product catalog; responsible for visually merchandising key pages on the site.
3.Collaborate with brand marketing, marketing team to tell key merchandising stories and work with site and development team to ensure we deliver these stories against the consumer experience.
4.Track direct/indirect competitors on sales channels to take appropriate actions to improve customer experience, conversion rate.
5.Responsible for sales revenue with support from Marketing and Product Planning Manager.
6.Improve the funnel conversion, time onsite and page viewed via AB testing and implementation of onsite features.
7.Analysis – Leverage sales data, web data (Google Analytics) and A/B testing to understand consumer-shopping behavior and optimize sales and buys.
8.Ensure stock number is consistent among the systems; coordinate with IT team to take appropriately actions in case of any mis-matched.
9.Manage relationship with third party company (Haravan) in terms of quality, timeliness, and pricing of services.
10.Coordinate with Market Place Specialist to work with KAMs at market places to improve visibility, and ultimately drive traffic to the shops on market places.
11.Report directly to Ecommerce Manager.

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in an ecommerce marketing or merchandising role.
- Experience in fashion retail is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively.
-Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and Photoshop is plus.
-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
-Self-driven and motivated.
-Ability to pay attention to details at work.
-Multitasking, prioritizing work to ensure the deadline.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence where required to achieve desired outcomes
