Mô tả công việc
1| Commercial Intern:
- Support Key Account Manager in the growth of big accounts and brands
- Track/manage/review analytics and metrics to report on account performance
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other teams or partners to ensure that the project goes well
- Support in project planning, implementing and evaluating to Project Manager
- Generate new ideas to improve marketing and commercial solutions for brands and sellers
2| Business Development Intern:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and document process
- Planning and overseeing new initiatives for the company
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing partners
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Other duties as assigned
3| Design Intern:
- Assist Graphic Designer with the design of promotion, campaign (banners, posters, and other advertising and marketing materials as needed).
- Assist with other graphic design in team & company.
- Support Key Account Manager in the growth of big accounts and brands

1| Commercial Intern:
- University graduate or final year student
- High self-motivation and willingness to learn
- High levels of creativity and details orientation
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-space environment
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
- Team player and fun lover
2| Business Development Intern:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, Chinese is a plus (optional)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in-person
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet tight deadlines
3| Design Intern:
- Skills and Experience Required:
• Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program
• Knowledge of digital media software – Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and other graphic design software
- Key Attributes Necessary for Success:
• Must have excellent communication style and skills to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, and Commercial Teams.
• Ability to share concepts and brainstorm.
• Confidence + willingness to learn.
- University graduate or final year student
