ECO Industrial Park Development Project Manager

Job description
Act as the overall project manager to support the development of DEEP C industrial zone as an Eco-Industrial Park (EIP), including:

SUPPORT TO PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING:

Contribute to the situation analysis and support the baseline survey to
Contribute to the Development of the Vision, strategy, annual plan and budget of the DEEPC EIP department;
Assist in the formulation of the EIP Development project outcome and output results, related indicators, baselines, targets and means of verification.
Contribute to Develop a communication strategy for DEEPC EIP with marketing department.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MONITORING AND DELIVERY OF RESULT

Periodically report EIP progress and results to BOD.
Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and partners to discuss operational and implementation issues, provide solutions, recommendations and/or alert appropriate officials and stakeholders for higher-level intervention and/or decision.
Search for funding opportunities and financial mechanisms to implement the projects

TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TO PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Conduct regular site visits and exchange information with collaborators, partners/ stakeholders to assess progress and provide technical support, take appropriate action to resolve issues and/or refer to relevant managers for resolution.
Assist DEEPC relevant departments and/or Provide technical guidance to develop:
waste-to-energy projects
renewable energy projects
industrial symbiosis projects
Assist Park Operation to develop ecofriendly landscape and a self-sustained nursery
Start an eco-team in DEEPC Office
Provide technical and operational support to colleagues, partners and stakeholders on the application and understanding of EIP policies, strategies, processes and best practices and related issues to support project implementation, operations and delivery of results.

NETWORKING AND PARTNERSHIP BUILDING

Do a stakeholder mapping and analysis for EIP to assist in the decision-making process
Maintain relationships with local authorities;
In collaboration with marketing department, develop and maintain relationships with the press
Build partnerships with Industrial Zone tenants in order to achieve the EIP projects at a park level

INNOVATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Identify and encourage innovative approaches to develop IEP such as the promotion of ecological models, bio engineering and restorative ecology, nature-based solutions, urban design.
Document lessons learned and best practices

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience on the field of Environment, project management.
Master’s degree in the field of project management, environment management, engineering.
Speak fluently English
Proficiency in computer (MS Office)
Team work spirit
