Are you an aspiring individual looking for an opportunity in a fast growing start up? If you are a passionate leader and results driven, we have the prefect job for you! We are searching for an E-Logistics Sales Manager to lead and manage our goal oriented, fast-paced, growing sales team!
Main responsibilities:
• Sales operations: acquire and on board business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
• Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with new or existing customers
• Sales standards: identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
• Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives

• Leadership skills ability to motivate your team, work with them to set and meet sales goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
• Strong sales and negotiations skills must know the concepts of consultative selling in the context of selling a service and know how to pass on your knowledge to your team to hit team input and output KPIs
What you'll need:
• Over 4 years relevant sales managerial working experience (Startup/logistics industry is a plus)
• College Degree / Diploma holder
• Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective communications skills
• Strategic planning
• Leadership and management skills
• Eager to learn and never afraid of challenge
• Data-driven, capable of data analysis and report
