Mô tả công việc
• Strategic planning on E-commerce business of key accounts in terms of product portfolio, pricing strategy and promotion plan, to eventually drive both sell in and sell out with growth.
• Enterprise procurement opportunities monitoring, analyze and assessment to ensure company's entry at earliest or most appropriate timing.
• Work closely with E-commerce marketing, product & retail team to ensure a relevant and competitive product portfolio and content online, maximize the ROI of in-site paid search or banners, good user experience and reasonable pricing setting.
• Good in fostering partner relationship, yet strong negotiation skills with key accounts on commercial terms for big promotion events, share of listing, etc. and manage them to execute flawlessly and achieve desired customer satisfaction KPIs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 3-year solid experience and understanding in E-commerce
• Strong sales ability and entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
• Ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve the target business process.
• Be passionate in E-commerce business
• Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties with strong negotiation skills
• Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
• Good at Microsoft skill, with data mining skill is a plus
