E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Your will coordinate all our operations on marketplaces: online marketing, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions and brand maintenance. You will work closely with our Product Managers to manage and oversee the business and you will report to the Product & Supply Chain leader.
● Marketplace management and performance follow-up
○ Contributing to the definition of KPIs and customer metrics, together with the Product Manager and the Marketing Manager
○ Managing the relationship with the PIC from the marketplace: negotiating and planning promotion campaigns and conducting frequent business reviews
● Overseeing the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions and merchandising
○ Ensuring correct implementation of all the promotion campaigns
○ Managing the customer support and overseeing the order process to ensure operations run smoothly
○ Following-up product price & inventory: benchmark competition products on the marketplace, remove out of stock item or push low rotation products
● Utilizing marketing content, product data and media to boost traffic on product page and on shop in shop
o Maximizing SEO thanks to product description and product data
o Encouraging shoppers’ engagement through media and content, together with the Community manager and the marketing team

● Experience and hard skills
○ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce or Business, with at least 5 years of experience
○ Excellent knowledge of digital environment and e-commerce
○ Proven track-record in a major e-commerce business or in a leading marketplace (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee)
● Soft skills
○ Entrepreneurial spirit: agility, creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
○ Adaptable to dynamic and young environment
○ Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
○ Hands-on / willingness to deliver
○ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills
○ Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
