Mô tả công việc
You will coordinate our e-commerce operations on leroymerlin.vn as well as on other marketplaces such as Lazada, Shoppee, Tiki. You will work transversely with many functions including Product Managers, Tech teams, Marketing teams, Customer Service. Especially, you will be in charge of :
● Enrich and improve constantly product and category pages, using all existing media, data and content. Create ad-hoc content when necessary.
● Create, run and animate promotional campaigns at global level, category level or product level.
○ Coordinating the creation of visuals and content
○ Managing campaigns’ terms and conditions
○ Following and reporting on campaigns’ performance
● Manage e-merchandising at every level : home page, shop-in-shops pages, category pages, product pages,...
● Be the focal point of our interlocutors at marketplaces for:
○ Negotiating and planning promotional campaigns
○ Conducting frequent business reviews
○ Managing contractual relationships
● Ensure products’ pricing consistency across our digital channels. Remove out-of-stock items and push low rotation products.

● Experience and hard skills
○ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce or Business, with at least 3 years of work experience
○ Excellent knowledge of e-commerce ; experience in both leading marketplace(s) (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee) and as e-merch / e-com manager for a retailer
● Soft skills
○ Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
○ Entrepreneurial spirit: agility, creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management ○ Adaptable to fast and dynamic environment
○ Hands-on / willingness to deliver
○ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills
○ Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
● Would be considered as key advantages
○ Experience in setting up new brands in Vietnam
○ Experience serving inhabitants to build and improve their homes
