Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate to prepare and check internal and external partners/customer’s agreement and amendment
• Working closely with 3PLs (Third party logitics) company to ensure quality of OBS operation
• Coordinate to build UI/UX of E-commerce website system
• Expand the relationships with existing partners and customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their and company objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners/customers in a timely manner
• Coordinate with accountant to ensure the return / refund operations
• Monitor and report on purchase orders và back-end operation of E-commerce website
• Coordinate and support to E-commerce Manager and E-commerce team all office administration
• Prepare regular report on delivery status and order management
• Serve as the link of communication between internal and external teams
• Other tasks as directed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• As least 1 year experience in related field
• Working experiences in Ecommerce/ Manager Assistant/ Sales admin/ Logistics are prioritized
• University degree is required
• Open mind to learn and experience new things
• Proactive
• Result-oriented
• High spirit of ownership
