Mô tả công việc
1. Job Summary:
Managing the operation process about sale campaign, promotion, image and pricing. Working with partner/ co-worker to optimize promotion, ensure maximum visibility for best campaign delivery. Accountability for sales planning, strategies/ calendars and execution to achieve the sales target.
2. Principal Accountabilities:
Work in team to prepare Sales plan and schedule yearly, quarterly & monthly.
Generate ideas, plan and carry out activities to generate sales revenue
Manage and control the entire sales process on different E-commerce channels to make sure all channels work towards the proposed plans
Observe sales data, activites, banners on E-commerce sites on a regular basis to quickly make adjustments to ensure sales target is achieved.
Supervise Laneige products on E-commerce sites to ensure company’s policies in terms of price, design, marketing activities, etc. are followed strictly
Work with Digital Marketing Executive to analyze customer behaviours to continuously improve shopper/customer experience
Liaising with Demand Planner to provide optimum stock level and ensure sufficient stock level especially on campaign days
Track competitor activities by continually update all changes in the market and the sales strategies used by competitors
Report to E-commerce Manager and perform duties as assigned by line managers

4. Education and Experience
▪ University graduated
▪ Minimum of 3 years working experience at a similar position
▪ Prior experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred.
5. Skill Sets
▪ Microsoft Office fluency
▪ Have understanding of E-commerce industry.
▪ Familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a bonus
6. Personal Attributes
▪ Creative and flexible
▪ Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
▪ Able to work well in a team as well as individually
▪ Possesses high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
