Responsibility:
• Convert Marketplace data into internal ready-to-use data (i.e. sales, stock, receiving, returns, and all stock movement data).
• Create and run reporting for eCommerce operation performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs including Sales performance, Order fulfillment, Cancellation, Quality of delivery and pin-store pick up service, customer satisfaction, NPS.
• Regularly analyze sales, out-of-stocks, delivery service and conversion KPIs to provide recommendation to marketing, supply chain and merchandising teams.
• Close collaboration with supply chain, merchandise, external suppliers for service level excellence.
• Support returns to vendors from Marketplace’s warehouse.
• Support automation of process, reporting, and system as part of continuous improvements
KPI:
• Order fulfillment% of E-Commerce store
• Stock holding days of E-Commerce store
• Stock record accuracy of E-Commerce store

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• 2-3 year experience in e-commerce operations, shopping settlement, order management, fulfillment, customer service, supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics experience.
• Understanding of E-commerce fulfillment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong data analytic skill and attention to detail.
• Able to work under high pressure environment and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skill to align across category and function teams.
• Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-3 year experience in e-commerce operations, shopping settlement, order management, fulfillment, customer service, supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics experience.
