• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Leveraging network, identify potential clients and key decision makers within the client organization.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals
• Plan approach and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing solution/service.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion
• Build on an already established network of contacts to bring opportunities into the business that can be converted to tenants.
• Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to regional teams and ensure a robust client relationships management strategy/delivery
• Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position Barhale with differentiated advantage
• Ensure effective management of customer satisfaction surveys
• Prepare programmes of external communication, customer engagement and brand promotion that will contribute to the achievement of company objectives

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Above 4 years proven working experience as a business development management, sales or a relevant role
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
