Mô tả công việc
• Understand customer requirement & design the system solution
• Doing presentation & demo to customer on D365 system
• Produce functional specifications and design documents from Customer requirements
• Provide implementation, training and support services to new customer projects and existing clients
• Coordinate and facilitate system integration, data migration and testing
• Work with the wider Dialog Dynamics team to deliver quality outcomes for customers
• Estimate the effort for implementation of solution

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1-3 years in working as ERP functional consultant, preferably D365
• Ability to describe, document and present technical solutions to non-technical clients
• Experience in Data migration, integration tools and methods and BI tools
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Good team player & presentation skill
• Knowledge and awareness of AX older versions would be desirable
• Experience performing Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) for clients would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of client services
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• A high level of professionalism
