Mô tả công việc
- Establishing and controlling technological processes for production;
- Conduct PP meeting, in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues
- Check approved wash samples and comments against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
- Provide wash technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
- Report and trouble shoot quality issues from bulk production
- Ensuring finished garment is within specification
- Managing operations of technical & QA department
- Conduct wash inspection in case that factory reports any issue.
- Work closely with all operational departments related to product
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Do daily housekeeping working area and arrange everything neat and tidy.
- Support other teams in production to do other jobs when do not have dyeing samples.
