Mô tả công việc

+ Estimate timber frames and trusses for Australian housing standards by using softwares.
+ Prepare bids, layouts and engineering profiles by using softwares.
+ Optimize designs for maximum efficiency.
+ Review orders, layouts and data files for accuracy.
+ Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Team Manager or other person as may be directed by the Company from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* You Should Be Best:
+ Strong math skills, especially in calculation and geometry.

* Job requirements
+ Graduate from the relevant universities or colleges.
+ Welcome to fresh graduate students because we have full in house training.
+ Be fluent in English (reading, writing) and speaking is a plus.
+ Be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
+ Be able to understand and interpret building codes.
+ Have can-do attitude, time-management and strong problem-solving skills.
+ Be able to communicate with others effectively, including in peers and management board.
+ Have team-work spirit or can work individually as requested.
+ Prefer to be detail-oriented and strike for perfection.
